Leadership success evolves as a result of insight and applied leadership practices. The most successful leaders recognize that their growth as leaders is an ongoing, ever-evolving journey.

The focus of this online 6-hour, three-session certificate program is on developing key leadership skills required by today’s Recreation supervisors. Through training, practice and applied assignments, participants will gain skills unique to Recreation Leaders, including:
