To be eligible for certification participants must:
attend the full series of one-day training sessions (a total of five training days)
attend a mandatory half-day bridging session
submit a consolidation

The certificate program also includes additional course work, beyond attending the five training sessions. There are three components to the report. They include:
Five Self-Directed Workplace Projects – each project is connected to one of the training sessions. These projects are submitted when all five training sessions have been attended.
Self-Reflection Exercise – a brief essay on how the training sessions and workplace projects have affected your growth, attitudes and knowledge, any specific challenges you faced and how you plan to use what you have learned from this experience in the future.
Executive Summary – a short document that summarizes outcomes from the program.
